The vehicles used to deliver our items are 3.5 tonne vans

in the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit please refuse delivery and the driver will bring the item back to our warehouse.

If you are not there to accept the delivery on the delivery day or there are access issues that have not been discussed with us i.e. narrow lanes, steps, lifts etc there may will be a further delivery charges incurred.

We welcome collections from our warehouse without any charges. For deliveries the charges are as stated on the listing. Certain areas will attract a SURCHARGE as detailed below

Surcharges

• £25 for areas north of Glasgow/Edingburgh
• £10 for Exeter/Plymouth areas
• For Northern Ireland, Channels Islands, Isle of Man and other Islands please call us for a quote
• We only accept cash if collecting your item.
• Deliveries for payments by Paypal will only be made to the verified address on your PayPal account
• We are unable to dispatch any items unless we have a valid contact number (preferrably mobile)
• For all orders within 50 miles we are able to offer a fitting service of Gas and Electrical appliances for an additional fee, Please contact us for an estimate
• Couriers are only insured to deliver to your door and not inside the premises
• We use a variety of couriers which include a one man delivery and pallet delivery to meet our delivery target times.  Pallet delivery is a kerb side delivery and not to the door or inside the property.
