• Our drivers will deliver the item into your property

• Delivered using 3.5-tonne vans

• In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit, please refuse delivery and it will be returned to our warehouse

• If no one is available to accept delivery, or if there are undisclosed access issues (e.g. narrow lanes, steps, lifts), additional delivery charges may apply
